Al Sneath joined Plexus as a Leadership Development Specialist in June 2006. He and the Leader-ship & Organizational Development Team are in charge of driving the Performance Management and Organizational Performance Summit Processes. Within that employee development process he educates and coaches Plexus Leadership on Talent Acquisition, Succession Planning and Continuous Performance Management. He is an experienced training professional who provided high quality training and development to a range of clients from small businesses to large multinational companies. Before Plexus he was at Ford Motor Company as the Training and Organizational Development Leader. Within this position he developed and facilitated courses dealing with Lean Manufacturing, Quality, Safety and Leadership Development. His responsibilities also included Succession Planning, Team Building, Motivation, Team Leader Development, Communication, Facilitation Skills and Coaching. Al holds a BS in Advertising along with an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and is a member of the American Society of Training and Development. Biography Mike holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of WI Madison and is a registered professional engineer in the state of Wisconsin. He has held a series of engineering and leadership positions with WPSC, including managing distribution and substation engineering and customer relation functions including customer contact, billing and collections. Mike presently provides overall leadership for gas and electric operations for most of northeastern Wisconsin. During his career Mike has had extensive involvement in hiring and developing employees, including creating competency requirements for new hires and formal development expectations for employees during their career.
