Kaye Shukosky is a Senior Buyer at Paper Converting Machine Company (PCMC) and has been a part PCMC’s Purchasing Team since 2006. In her role at PCMC, Kaye has identified and developed Preferred Supplier relationships in support of Lean Manufacturing goals, led and participated in Lean Hoshin and 5S Events, and has developed and implemented processes to track supplier quality. Prior to working at PCMC, Kaye worked for Kimberly-Clark for 29 years.

In her 29 years at K-C, Kaye worked both as Senior Quality Associate and Senior Purchasing Analyst, where she performed Supplier Quality Audits, Created a Corrective and Preventative Action System meriting a Patent Award and was responsible for FDA Compliant Validation of Computer System, and was responsible for commodity chemical purchases for North America Tissue Mills.
