Sheri Peiterson - Bio

With 11 plus years in the field of learning and development, Sheri has held various roles in global organizations. Currently, Sheri is employed with McCain Foods Limited as the Regional Director of Learning and Talent for the Americas.

McCain Foods Limited is the world’s largest producer of frozen French fries and specialty potato products with manufacturing facilities on six continents, sells to more than 130 countries and has more than 20,000 employees globally.

At McCain, Sheri is responsible for designing, developing and managing learning and development initiatives to create and sustain learning excellence across the US, Canada, South and Central America. She works with all levels of leadership to identify and improve organizational effectiveness and align her initiatives to the strategic direction of the company.

Sheri has been a member on the Northeast Wisconsin American Society for Training and Development Board, holding positions of President-Elect, President, and Past President. She is also an active volunteer for Junior Achievement and is currently on the Board for Youth Go. Most recently Sheri received a Top Trainer National Award and was featured in the July edition of Training Magazine.
