The adjective “strategic” is perhaps over applied in the business lexicon.  However, in today’s’ dynamic sourcing environment, it is critical that professional supply managers formulate and deploy an effective strategy for their organizational spend.

This session will provide a brief overview of the elements of strategy formation and deployment.  Additionally, we will discuss the upsides and downsides that must be assessed in making any global sourcing decision.
